Part of my approach to Wellness is sharing healthy eating habits. Usually, my friends, family and clients ask me about meal plans. Yes, of course I can create them. But… there's always a but. Meal plans may work for a short period. Most people stick with them for a week or two and then go back to their normal eating habits.
What I like to concentrate on is changing those habits. I can tell you all the obvious stuff: drink more water, eat more veggies, avoid sugar, don't eat this, don’t eat that. We all know it! We all know that broccoli is healthy, and cookies are not. The problem is to make the knowledge a reality.
I like to use journaling in the beginning of nutrition journey. If you write down what you eat and then look at the journal, we can try to find one small thing to improve and then work on that one thing. Once that becomes a new habit we can move on to the next and the next and the next. The idea about working together on improving instead of me telling you what to drink and eat.
You can have a life full of flavor happiness and health.
