I don’t usually work with a trainer and I don’t particularly like going to the gym. After a
series of sport-related surgeries in my early 60’s, however, I was referred to Aleks for help in
conditioning my body to prevent further injury. Using a combination of positive encouragement,
charm and thoughtfully designed exercises tailored to my specific rehabilitation and conditioning
needs and limitations, Aleks has made me actually look forward to our twice a week work-outs.
She has an expert understanding of how the body works, and designs our work-outs to be
challenging, fun and safe at the same time. My law practice is hectic and Aleks is always
accommodating and flexible in scheduling our work-outs. I highly recommend her to anyone

I have worked with a lot of coaches. I know quick fixes don't last. Aleks is a methodical coach who sets goals for herself as a coach and for you. If you don't succeed she doesn't succeed. My goals were simple; lift heavy pans, gain muscle get toned. I'm happy to say I don't need a man lifting my pans anymore and I look and feel great.
