About Aleksandra Sulik

Aleks is a multi-mode strength training practitioner originally from Poland. Having spent over 10 years with extensive traveling and demanding work schedules, she is an expert at tailoring progressive routines and movements to enable anyone to succeed at getting stronger and moving better.

She began her fitness journey using P90X when her work and travel caused her to feel unhealthy and unwell. From that small beginning, she became a Strong First Kettlebell Level 2 Trainer and Team Leader Assistant, with additional certifications in Functional Movement Systems, GBT bodyweight training, and Original Strength (a hybrid physical therapy derived protocol).

Aleks works predominantly in Manhattan with clients ranging from early 20s to 50s, triathletes to chefs, post-injury to healthy.
